She was predeceased by: her husband John Burns; her parents, John Toth and Julia Toth; and her sisters, Edith, Dorothy and Eleanore.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Norman (Dave), Bill Burns (Lisa), Nancy Potenga (Chuck) and MaryAnn Cermak (Jim); her grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer, Ryan, Brittany (Bryan), Kim and Jake; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Amelia, Gianna and Jonah.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Charlotte's honor to Southwest Hospice, 18659 Drake Rd., Strongsville, OH 44136.
