She is survived by: her children, Sebastian, Mackenzie and Dexter; her parents, Andrea Centner and Mark Centner; her siblings, Matthew Schneider (Hollie), Jonathan Fakess (Melissa), Zachary Becker and Jennifer Ann Centner; her nieces, Alayna, Lenora, Ellie, Piper, Penny and Hazel; her grandmother Patricia Centner; her aunt Cheryl Gragg; and her close friend Brian Spravka.
