He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hunter and Frances Hunter; and his brother Joseph Hunter. He is survived by: his son David Jr.; his former wife Mary Mizanin; his stepdaughter Jamie Meeks; and his brother Michael (Anna). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and numerous close friends.
