He is survived by: his wife Pam Phillips; his sons, James Phillips (Pamela) and Timothy Phillips (Christie); his grandchildren, Katie Phillips, Thomas and Hailey Phillips; his mother Pearl Marcel Phillips; his siblings, Jimbo Phillips (Ruth), Steve Phillips, Jeffery Phillips and Trina Evert; his sisters-in-law, Carol Balogh (Thomas), Bev Zima (Tony) and Becky Young (Gil); and his pets, Oliver, Bella, Lexi and Charolette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
