He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Harley and Annette Harley (Rundle); and his wife Linda. He is survived by: his children, Bob Harley (Sandra), Michael Harley (Jeannine) and Jennifer Borowski (Brian); his grandson Joshua Harley (Kaila); and his sister Pamela Voss.
