He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cutlip and Millie Cutlip; his wife Jean; his daughter Sherry; and his sisters, Desta, Estel, Belva, Wanetta and Aretta.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Cutlip and Bruce Cutlip (Tammy); his grandson Nicholas Winters; and his brothers, Roy and Charles.
