She was predeceased by: her parents, George Prok and Anna Prok; her husband Theodore Dukles, Sr.; her granddaughters, Stephanie Phillipp (Mark) and Leah Dukles; her great grandchild Michael Phillipp; and her siblings, George Prok (Joan), Dan Prok (Adeline), David Prok and Betty Pelikan (Ted).
She is survived by: her sons, Theodore, Jr. (Julie), Marc (Michelle), Duane (Geri) and Kevin; her grandchildren, Marc, Jr. (Aimee), Morgan Halfacre (Jeremy), Rachael Walas (Steven), Ian (Neely), Shannon (Tyler), Colin (Erin), TJ III (Paige), Jessica Luxmore (Mason), Andrew (Samantha) and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Benjamin, Noah, Tyler, Maurianna, River, Henry and Amelia; and her siblings, Darine Prok, Rev. Myron Prok (Shirley) and Leroy Prok (Martha).
