With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank George Engel Jr. of Brunswick, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on November 23, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank George and Margaret Engel, Sr.; and his sister Marge Dyrek (Dick). He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Christine Casper (Bob), Ken Engel (Tami) and Michelle Fortney (Jeff); his grandchildren, Neal (Nina), Jenna, Todd (Lauren), Amanda, Kyle, Ryan (Jessica), Blake (Bianca), Nikki, Cody (Victoria) and Logan; and his brother Carl Engel (Jean). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Duke's name to one of his favorite charities – Wounded Warrior Project or St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church.
