He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carter and Monica Carter; and his brothers, Edward and Richard Carter. He is survived by: his pet Oliver; his sibling's children, Justin Carter (Sabrina), Frank Erik Carter (Lynn), Gwen Marie Rice (Mark), Richard Ashley Carter and Edward Jefferson Carter; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Carter and Kim Carter.
