He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Howard J. Barth D. V. M. and Evelyn F. Barth. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rearick (Beckwith) of Brunswick, Ohio; his sons, Bryon Barth (Angie) of Lodi and Scott Barth of Ravenna; his granddaughters, Evie and Emmie Barth of Lodi; his stepsons, Donald Rearick (Lisa) of Belleview, Michael Rearick (Riza) of Belleview and Scott Rearick (Shannon Heffner) of North Olmsted, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Cassidy Simon (Patrick) of Brunswick, Justin Rearick of North Olmsted, Madeline Rearick of Medina, Calvin Reverente of Belleview and Connor Rearick of Belleview, Florida..
