He was predeceased by: his parents, George Michael and Isabell Sarah Hagerty; his wife Eleanor R. "Ellie"; his sister Sarah Isabell Whetsel; and his grandson Jarrod A. Talley.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy C. Hagerty (Dianne Depasquale-Hagerty), Thomas G. Hagerty (Anita), Todd K. Hagerty (Lynn) and Christina R. Brod (David); his grandchildren, Sarah R. Grimmett (Robert), Erin R., Ryan A. Brod, Ethan D. Thompson, Blair T. Talley and Daniel A. Depasquale; and his great grandchildren, Landon R., Robert and Grimmett.
