He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherry Costlow, Sr. and Harry Costlow. He is survived by: his wife Jane Costlow; his children, Tiffany Yost (Jeremy) and Harry Costlow III; his granddaughter Kyri; and his sisters, Debbra Casto and Linda Woodard (Rick).
