She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Grant and Olive Grant; her husband Kenneth Kotlarek Sr.; and her siblings, Leo, Harold, Weller, Earl Grant, Muriel Klatt, Marilyn Wood and June Pringle.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Jr. (Laura) of Medina and Kristina McKown (Robert) of Brunswick; her grandchildren, Jacob Brown (Melanie), Kayley Brown, Jonah Kotlarek and Noah Kotlarek; her great grandchild Greyson Brown; her siblings, Eythel Grant and Ina Newman; and her boyfriend John Discenza. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or City Mission in Cleveland.
