He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughter Annette Pohlchuck (David); his grandchildren, Olivia and Landon Pohlchuck; his siblings, Kazimierz (Ann), Halina Sikora (Marian), Izabela Chapple (James) and Stanley (Suzetta); and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Swienc (Mitchell), Halina Godlewski (Stanley), Stanley Sokolowski (Elizabeth) and Bozena Szkiladz (Adam).
