He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Loon and Eleanor Van Loon (Badger); and his sister Janice Holland (Wilma). He is survived by: his son David Van Loon (Cheryl); his brother Jeffrey Van Loon (Marta); and his brother-in-law Larry Holland. He is also survived by two nephews, four nieces.
