She is survived by: her significant other Scott Stanton; her parents, Emory Harris and Gail Harris (Spain); her siblings, Katherine Flatscher (Stefan) and Franklin Harris (Kelly); her uncles, Greg Spain (Angie) and Wesley Harris (Ava); her aunt Jenny Neff (Tim); and her siblings' children, Grace Flatscher, William and Philip Harris.
The family is planning a celebration of Julie's life in the next few months and asks that you donate to Grateful Hearts Senior Dog Rescue located in Chillicothe, Ohio.
