June K. Schodowski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of June K. Schodowski of Brunswick, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kole and Gladys Kole; her son Michael Schodowski (Claudia); and her husband Charles Schodowski. She is survived by: her children, Mark Schodowski (Tama), Marilyn Schodowski, Michelle Dobbins (Bruce) and Melissa Happel (Paul); her grandchildren, Eric Schodowski, Evan Schodowski, Elaine Tapolyai (Peter), Elyse Schodowski (Joseph), Eve Schodowski, Jessica Schodowski-Shenker (Kevin), Rachel Hill (Brian), Jonathan Schodowski (Hallie), Charles Dobbins, Angelina Dobbins, Shannon Dobbins, Justine Happel, Abigail Happel and Eva J. Happel; and her great grandchildren, Nora, Faye and Chloe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (1088 Ridge Rd, Hinckley, OH 44233). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her memory be made to the Kelleys Island EMS, P O Box 11, Kelleys Island, OH 43438.
