He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Debbie Phillips, Leslie Phillips, Jr. (Stephanie), Connie Webster (Joe), Bonnie Phillips, Kevin Phillips (Christina) and Rex Phillips (Paula); and his sisters, Kathy, Doris, Leann and Glenna. He is also survived by grandchildren; his 8 cherished great-grandchildren.
