She is survived by: her husband Dan Flak; her daughters, Wendy Thompson (Brian), Kim Daniels and Dani Flak; her grandchildren, Grace, Emily, Matthew, Andrew, Alyssa, Justin and Christopher; her great grandchild Charlie Jean; and her sisters, Margie Landry (Paul) and Janet Kulow (Frank).
