She was predeceased by: her parents, Friedrich Voelkel and Elisabeth Voelkel; her husband Fred; and her brother Manfred Voelkel. She is survived by: her children, Claudia Horton (William J.) of Sharon Township and Marcus of Kent; and her grandson Alexander Horton.
