She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her brother Charles T. "Jake" Jacobs; her nieces and nephews, Janine Johnson, Jesse Miller, Justine Miller, Jamie Miller, Joseph Jacobs, Jennifer Jacobs, Tracy White and Chuck Jacobs; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Heather, Amber, Alex, Craig, Scott, Jolene, Max, Riley, Jet, Nick, Kate and Tyler.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Mary's honor to the St. Ambrose Women's Guild.
