She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Galla and Margaret Galla; her husband Jeffrey Placek; her children, Declan and Cecelia; her sister Tracie Johnston (Steven); her siblings-in-law, Gary Placek (Tracy) and Kimberly Nawrocki; her mother-in-law Patricia Placek; and her nieces and nephews, Alex, Samantha, Rachel, Jason (Ashley), Justin, Jessica Tyler (Doyle), Makayla, Mackenzie, Katlynn and Natashia.
