He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Green-Mentzer and Betty June Green-Mentzer; and his sister Lynne Dreher. He is survived by: his children, Christie Jackson (James), Amanda Stamm (Nicholas), Bobbi Kovalik and Donald Green; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Abigail, Mason, Madelynn Jackson, Carter, Colson Stamm, Jameson, Delaney Green and Zoey Kovalik; and his siblings, Donald Green, Kathleen Walbolt and Thomas Mentzer (Carol Jean).
