He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kamprath; his daughters, Jennifer Waugh (late Allan) of Franklin, TN and Julie Hauk (Chris) of Spring Hill, TN; his grandchildren, David Waugh (Ella) of Franklin, TN, Michael Erb (Emily) of Brownsburg, IN and Kyle Erb (Tori) of Clarksville, TN; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Rylie Erb of Brownsburg, IN, Georgina and Kenzie Erb of Clarksville, TN; and his sister Donna McIntyre of Olmsted Falls, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
