He is survived by: his parents, James Boyd and Lisa Boyd; his grandmother Ann Marie Riendeau; his siblings, Jennifer Simmerman (Sam), Allison Boyd and Kevin Boyd; and his nephews, Colton Simmerman, Landon Simmerman, Jace Simmerman and Drake Simmerman. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests making donations to the City Mission in honor of Patrick.
