He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Smith and Eleanor Smith. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Sandra Wilk (Mitchell) and Paul G. Smith, Jr. (Julie); his grandchildren, Mariah Wilk, Anthony Santoli and Collin Tyler Smith; his great grandchild Hayden Lynn; and his sister Elaine Clark.
