He was predeceased by: his father James Mullins; and his brother Jake Mullins (Janice). He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Gary (Jamie Weekes) and Dale Mullins (Janice); his grandsons, Brandon and Brett Mullins; and his siblings, Virginia Moloney (Patrick) and Fred Mullins (Grace). He is also survived by many family members and friends.
