He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Phillip III, Kirk, Ronald and Constance Girard (Thomas); his grandchildren, Adam, Stevie, Morgan, Mike, Christine, Sarah and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Lydia, Noah, Lincoln, Crosby, Campbell of Jaxson, C. J., Simon, Oliver, Kylie, Reagan, Liam, Cohen, Perry Jr. and Daniel.
