Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pendleton and Dora Green Walker; her husband Joe Surratt; and her siblings, Margaret L. Tackett, Kenny of Harford, JD and Doug Walker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dreama (Tim), Rebecca (Jim) and Lora (Curt); her sisters, Shirley A Rogers, Carolyn Walker (Roy) and Ruth Ellen O'Dell (Larry); her grandchildren, Bill Visnic (Lisa), Brittany (Justin), Tom Teklinsky, Austin Ruiz, Mia Ruiz, Jenna Sansonette and Jared Sansonette; her great grandchildren, Billy Visnic, Madison Miller and Charlotte Miller; and her cousin Rosie Laverty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
