He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milgate and Doris Milgate; his sisters, Roberta Johnson and Jackie Fullerton (Charles); his sister-in-law Mary Jane Baytos; and his pet Sugar.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen (Moreland), Robert Milgate and Richard Milgate; his grandchildren, Meghan Jurica (Adam) and Hallie Marsh (Donny); his great grandchildren, Emmett and Otto; his brothers-in-law, Marty Baytos and Joe Vidmar (Sheila); and his pet Faith. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
