He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sandy and Marybelle Sandy (Subler); his wife Nancy; and his brother James Sandy. He is survived by: his children, Terry Pollock (Fred), Michael Sandy (Renee), Jill Ognibene (Joe) and Kellie Barna (James); his grandchildren, Kristopher, Brandon, Michael, Holly, Anthony, Elliott, Josilynn and Mikey; and his great grandchildren, Kendall, Sydney, Levi, Cooper, Charlotte, Cecilia, Michael, Louella, Lucas, Elliott and Myles.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waite Funeral Home (3300 Center Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 5075 Windfall Rd., Medina.
