He is survived by: his wife Karen (Conrad); his sister Lynn Forsythe (Robert) of Medina; his sibling's children, Joanna Richmond of Brunswick, Jennifer Phelan (John) of North Ridgeville, Shannon Conrad Wokojance (David) of Norton, Jacob Conrad (Kirsten) of Norton, Nichole Durant (Joseph) of Norton, Emily Conrad of Barberton and Alexander Sapp of Springfield Township; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron, Paige Richmond, Chloe, Cooper Phelan, Fynley, Augustine, Gwen, Ezekiel Wokojance, Layden Creel, Charles, Henry, Jasper Conrad and Zoey Durant.
