She was predeceased by: her husband Edward L. Kozar; her son Edward J. Kozar; her parents, Joseph Soukup and Anna Soukup; and her siblings, Joseph Soukup, John Soukup, Emma Soukup, Stella Nemec, Frank Soukup, Edward Soukup, Anne Kazimour and Elsie Soukup.

She is survived by: her daughter Monica Kravetz (Ken); her grandchildren, Colleen Kravetz and Jeff Kravetz (Stephanie); and her great grandchild JD Kravetz.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate that donations be sent to them for final expenses.
