She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Koenig and Rose Koenig (Karlovec); and her husband Leonard J. Kemper. She is survived by: her children, John Kemper, Judy Kemper and Tom Kemper (Annette); her grandson Greg Kemper (Julie); and her great grandchildren, Macaela and Kayla.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Rosemary's memory be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

“As a teenager, I babysat for Judy Kemper and her brother John. Rosemary got me my first part-time job at Sears in Cleveland, where she also worked at that time. For a birthday present, Rosemary bought me long white gloves that I could wear to my first prom. Rosemary's husband Len took me to get my first driver's license. I am so happy that the Kemper family was a part of my life. Rosemary was a real treasure that won't be forgotten. Condolences to the family. Lynda Varga DeVol”
