He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephanie (Avsec) and Rudolph Polz; and his brother Robert Polz (Joanne Rinella). He is survived by: his children, Mary and Rudy; and his grandchildren, Claytin, Madalyn, Caitlyn and Jack. He is also survived by His cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
