He is survived by: his wife Beverly Marusa; his children, Wayne Myers (Sukanda), Cara Myers (Mark), Leslie Marusa and Christopher Marusa; his granddaughter Allison Myers; his mother Mildred Gabel; and his brothers, Mark Marusa, David Marusa (Sharri), Jack Gabel, Jeff Gabel and Joe Gabel (Cindy).

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waite Funeral Home (3300 Center Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
