He is survived by: his wife Tina McIntosh; his brothers, Donald H. McIntosh (Colleen), Robert D. McIntosh (Lori Hains) and Donald McIntosh (late Mary); his sisters-in-law, Sandy Hansinger (Don) and Sharon Hernandez (Maury); and his pet Pearl.
