He was predeceased by: his grandfather Domingo Larita, Sr.; his aunt Stella Marie Larita; and his uncle Domingo Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Welch and Evelyn Welch; his sister Cynthia Isidra Welch; his aunts and uncles, Elizabeth A. Welch, Richard M. Welch, Jason E. Boland, Edgardo Larita, Maximo Larita, Henry Larita, Jocelyn Larita, Randy Larita, Aileen Larita, Leizel Larita, Gilbert Larita, Helen Larita and Rosario Larita; his grandparents, Isidra Larita, Richard E. and Cynthia S. Welch; and his close friends, Tony, Garynz and Ricky.
