He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Bartczak (Tadjue) and Mary Bartczak (Mae); and his siblings, Camille and Robert Bartczak. He is survived by: his wife Janice Bartczak; his children, Daniel Bartczak (Jennifer), Amy Prykan (Mark) and Katy Pack (Phillip); his grandchildren, Madison, Emily, Melanie, Jeremy, Alexander, Timothy, Maegan, Andrea, Joshua and Kyle; and his great grandchild Abigail.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Home – Brunswick (1642 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (1800 Station Rd, Valley City, OH 44280).
