He was predeceased by: his parents, James Olmstead and Marie Meyer; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Brian-Keith Olmstead, Jason Olmstead (Jennifer) and Jessica Olmstead; his grandchildren, Emmaline Tenhagen, Eva Marie Rodriguez, Brianna Olmstead, Hailee Olmstead, Sophia Alexander, Dillon Olmstead, Blake Olmstead, Arden Olmstead and Philip Alexander Jr.; and his siblings, Douglas Olmstead (Nancy) and Diane Lavender.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be sent to Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, 44142 to be given to the family.
