He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Formoso and Mary Ann Formoso; his wife Nancy Corrigan; and his brothers, Frank Jr. (Geraldine) and James Formoso.
He is survived by: his close friend Edie Niedzalkowski; his sons, William Robert Jr. (Pamela) and Michael Martin Formoso (Lauren); his grandchildren, Katie Woodall (Doug), Josh Formoso, Bobbi, Eric, Nicholas and Brynn Bailey; his sisters, Elizabeth Williams (James) and Mary Ann Jira (Stephen); and his stepsisters, Linda Morse (Rick) and Bonnie Burso.
