Waugh; his children, Samuel Byroads (Marilyn Richards) of Bryan, Ohio, Novra Miller of Bryan and Cassandra "Candi" Harter (Eric) of Montpelier, Ohio; his grandchildren, Amy DeLong (Joel), Elizabeth Webb (Nathan), Heather Brillhart (Shane), Rachel White (David), Sara Chamberlain (Norman), Zachary Snider (Sara), Alexis Hansford (Coty) and Sydney Yadav (Sid); his great grandchildren, Annika, Kirsten DeLong, Michael, Asher Webb, William Chamberlain, Aella, Oliver Hansford, Audrey Whitten Snider and Claire Arvon Snider; his siblings, Noel Byroads, Virginia Rady and Ruth Corwin; and his children-in-law, Kay Byroads and Rex Miller.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Gospel Church (305 Chicago St, Bryan, OH 43506). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are requested to Trinity Gospel Church, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
