Cook (Chris) of Hicksville, Ohio; his fiancé Skye Caryer of Bryan, Ohio; his children, Easton Taube and Emmalyn Taube; his siblings, Brittany Taube (Mickey) of Stryker, Emily Husted of Hicksville, Ohio and Jerze Husted of Hicksville, Ohio; and his grandparents, Hilaria "Lila" Husted of Hicksville, Ida Cook (Darl) of Hicksville and Juan Barerra (Pam) of Melbern, Ohio..
