Though Brenda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brenda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert V. Phibbs and Betty R. Phibbs (Webb); and her siblings, Robert Phibbs of Montpelier and Ruth Feltzer. She is survived by: her son Paul Briner of Pioneer, OH; her grandchildren, Emocka Marie Anne Briner of Tucson, AZ and Dasan William Robert Briner of Tucson, AZ; and her sister Denise Phibbs of Hillsdale, MI.
