He is survived by: his parents, Edwin R. Frazer and Joann R. Frazer (Brown); and his sisters, Kendra JoHantgen (Sam) of Montpelier, Kasey Brenner (Derek) of West Unity and Kylie Patterson (Gary) of Fayette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
