She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald M. Peters and Eva Leota Peters (Maneval); her husband Buckley "Bud" Conklin; her son-in-law Charles R. Barnes; her grandsons, Todd Anthony Buchs II and Austin Buchs; and her sister Anita Jean Castor.
She is survived by: her children, Tanya Barnes of Bryan and Todd Buchs (Renee) of Nolanville, Texas; her granddaughters, Holly Jackson (Thomas) of Myrtle Beach, Tara Barnes of Grafenwohr and Alexie Buchs of Richardson, Texas; her granddaughter-in-law Genee Buchs of Hewitt, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Judah Charles Jackson and Eliana Genee Buchs.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home & Crematory - Bryan (206 N Lynn St, Bryan, OH 43506). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to Lifesource Church of the Nazarene.
