He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Watts and Geraldine F. Watts (Worford); his wife Patricia L. Wagner; his great grandchild Delilah Conway; and his brother-in-law Harold Jaggers.
He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyne Brewer Round (Rodney), Rodney Dommer (Bonnie) of Columbus, Linda Swank (Mel) of Ohio and Larry Watts (Jean) of Linden, Tennessee; his sister Barbara Jaggers of Cooney; and his half-brother Huber Watt (Wanda) of Littleton, Colorado.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to an organization of the donor's choice.
