Colleen Posey Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Colleen Posey of Bryan, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Colleen's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Colleen's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon N. Schad and Floye M. Schad (Smith); her husband Lauren R. Posey; and her stepson Thomas Posey. She is survived by: her daughter Charleen Hooser (Curt) of West Unity; and her stepchildren, Kay Woolace of Stryker, Ohio, Linda Sullivan (Dean) of Stryker, Ohio and Doug Posey (Bobbie) of Stryker, Ohio. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
