He is survived by : his wife Vickie L. Pawlowicz; his daughters, Kimberly Beek of Montpelier, Lindsey Beek of Ney and Jamie Culbertson (Steven) of West Unity; his grandchildren, David, Amelia, Dean, Jessa and Jaylee; and his sister Dianne Urick of Quincy, Michigan..
