She was predeceased by : her father Norman D. Bechtol-Thompson; and her husband Jerry W. Jackson. She is survived by : her mother Marilyn "Jeanie" Bechtol-Thompson (McDaniel) of Bryan; her children, Crystal Jackson of Bryan, Colonel Robert Jackson (Teresa) and John Jackson of Beaufort; and her siblings, Peggy Osterhout (Tim) of Frederick and Ken Thompson (Amy) of Palm Coast, Florida..
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
